Zumba is the latest exercise craze, and it is
coming to Christ Church! What is Zumba? The largest Latin

international music to create fun and effective cardio and
body sculpting workouts. Easy to follow dance steps make this
exercise feel more like a party atmosphere than an exercise
class. “Zumba is something I look forward to doing. It is a
really positive, uplifting workout experience”, says Cathy
McNamara. The instructor, Debbie Colditz, has taught dance for
17 years and is a certified Zumba instructor. Classes are
Tuesdays, June 17 through August 26, 9:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. in
the CLC. $24 for a 4-week session and $8 for walk-ins.
Participants must be 18 years or older, and you can register
