Christ Church offers multiple opportunities and styles of worship.

Saturday evenings: Join us for an informal worship experience that includes piano music, personal intercessory prayer requests, and music led by a folk choir every Saturday evening at 6 pm in the Sanctuary (mid September through mid June) and in our beautiful worship garden during the summer months (late June through early September). During the summer months worship music is provided by a wonderful assortment of guest musicians. This service closes with communion.

During the summer months, Sunday morning worship hours shift to 9 am, 10:30 and 10:31 am. The 9 am summer service is a family worship time (nursery care only- no Sunday School) and takes place in our beautiful worship garden. Communion is available in the Chapel between Sunday morning services.

September - June: Communion takes place on Sunday mornings at 9 am in the Peelor Chapel.

Sunday mornings (September to June):
If you prefer a more traditional Methodist worship experience, Sunday mornings at 9:30 or 11 am are for you. At the 9:30 am service, our Chapel (teen) choir presents their music utilizing the best of United Methodist tradition plus liturgy and prayers in contemporary expression.  Enjoy congregational hymns and praise choruses.  The message is Biblical/relational.  Full nursery care and "Kids Connect" Sunday School.

The 11 am service is a United Methodist traditional service led by our eighty voice adult Chancel choir.  Enjoy Hymns, organ music, and occasionally children’s choirs.  The message is Biblical/relational.  Full nursery care and "Kids Connect" Sunday School.

11:01  (A.M. Sunday): This service is designed as a family-friendly, casual and contemporary experience led by John Shaver and held in the Christian Life Center (gym) at 11:01 on Sunday mornings. Enjoy contemporary Christian music from our Praise Band, come as you are (casual dress) and give the kids the option of joining you in worship or attending the always fun "Kids Connect" Sunday School program. Sunday nights (All year): For a truly unique contemporary worship experience, come to our 6 pm "Sunday Night" worship service. Led by our Sunday Night praise and worship band, this service features contemporary Christian rock music & drama  performances as well as the use of visual media.  Communion is available after the service each week. Childcare is available for infants and toddlers, with "Kids Connect" (Sunday school) activities for three-year-olds through sixth grade. Click here for details about the 6 pm Sunday Night service.

6:30 PM Wednesday Communion and Healing Service: a 20-30 minute service that includes intercessory prayer, communion, and personal prayers for healing.  (Except first Wednesday of each month, when we hold the Taize Service - see below).  No child care provided. 

7 PM Taize Service the first Wednesday of each month: a 45 minute peaceful and spiritually calming service of songs, silence, meditation, anointing with oil, and candle-lighting.  Most sanctuary lighting provided by candles.  No sermon; no announcements.  No child care provided.
